Jacki is the friendly face, steady hand and behind the scenes powerhouse who keeps Collab Realty moving. With more than 20 years in real estate, Jacki has done it all. From marketing, PA support and operations to administration, accounts and trust accounting, she brings a huge amount of knowledge to the Collab team. Her experience supporting leading agents and agencies across the Bay of Plenty means she understands exactly what it takes to deliver a seamless experience from start to finish. Jacki is the person quietly making sure every listing is looked after, every detail is in place, and both our Bay of Plenty and Hawke’s Bay branches are running beautifully. She is organised, capable, incredibly thorough and always one step ahead, making life easier for our agents and better for our clients. But what makes Jacki truly special is the warmth she brings with her. She is often the first smile you see when you walk through the door, and her kind, calm nature makes everyone feel instantly welcome. She is the sunshine in our office and someone we are endlessly grateful to have in our corner. When she is not keeping Collab running like clockwork, Jacki loves spending time with her family, including husband Warren, their much-loved dog, Ruby.
